About this guide
The interview goes both ways.
We help candidates use the final few minutes to decide whether the job deserves a yes.
A good closing question should tell you something the job description did not. It might reveal how the manager leads, where the team gets stuck, or whether you would actually want to spend your weekdays here.
Why we built it
Most lists of interview questions give you a sentence and leave you alone with it. We explain what the answer reveals and what to ask next when the interviewer gives you something polished but not especially useful.
The result is a practical guide for the moment when someone says, “Do you have any questions for us?” You do. You just do not need twenty of them at once.
How we choose
Every question has to earn its place. We keep the ones that get past the company slogan and help you picture an ordinary Tuesday in the job. They should also sound normal out loud. If a question only looks clever on a webpage, it does not make the cut.
You will not find dramatic percentages with nowhere to come from. Adding a number does not make the advice smarter.
What we are not
We are not recruiters, lawyers, or career oracles. Whether you accept an offer is your call. The guide helps you get past the brochure and ask for the details that matter.
Use the wording as a starting point. If a line sounds unlike you, change it. An interview already contains enough acting.
